Hospitality Millwork for Hotels, Restaurants & Bars
PhillBuilt builds custom hospitality millwork and furniture in our shop in Rancho Cordova, California, for hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés and event spaces across Sacramento, the Bay Area and Southern California. We fabricate front desks, bars, banquettes, tables, shelving and wall features in solid wood, and coordinate upholstery, metal and glass so one team delivers the whole package.

Slow and Low, Elk Grove. A full white oak dining hall of communal tables and benches, slat screens and a back bar.
Okesutora, Sacramento. Hand-turned white oak spindle-back chairs and benches, built as a production run.
Built for hospitality use
Hospitality pieces see constant traffic, cleaning and spills. We build with solid hardwood and real joinery, choose finishes for how each surface is used, and plan details like toe kicks, edge profiles and power from the start. We work from designer and architect drawings, or help develop details with you.
Working with designers and operators
We coordinate directly with interior designers, architects, general contractors and owners. We confirm field dimensions before fabrication, schedule installs around construction and opening dates, and install after hours when a space needs to stay open.
