High-End Residential Millwork & Custom Casework
PhillBuilt builds custom millwork, cabinetry and furniture for homes in the Sacramento region and the San Francisco Bay Area. We bring the same shop, crew and detailing we use on hotels and commercial interiors to residential projects, for homeowners, interior designers and custom home builders who want work that's made for the house, not pulled from a catalog.

How a residential project works
- Conversation. Tell us about the space, how you use it and the look you're after. Drawings, photos or a designer's plans all help.
- Design and materials. We settle dimensions, wood species, hardware and finish together.
- Build. Each piece is fabricated in our Rancho Cordova shop, CNC-machined for precision and finished by hand.
- Install. Our own team delivers and installs, scribing built-ins to your walls and floors.

From our shop in Rancho Cordova we serve Sacramento, East Sacramento, Land Park, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Granite Bay, Roseville and Davis, as well as San Francisco, the Peninsula and the East Bay.
