East Sacramento Custom Furniture & Built-ins
PhillBuilt makes custom furniture and built-ins for homes across East Sacramento: the Fab 40s, McKinley Park, River Park, Elmhurst and the streets around them. Every piece is drawn for your room and built in solid hardwood in our shop, about 20 minutes away in Rancho Cordova.
Trusted by Michelin-starred restaurants: we built custom furniture for The Kitchen and Localis, both starred in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide California. See our fine dining work.

Home buildouts and renovations
Renovating a 1920s bungalow or adding onto a Fab 40s home? We work with your contractor or designer to build the millwork: cabinetry for living spaces, paneling, built-ins and furniture, finished and delivered on schedule. See Sacramento home buildouts.
Close to home
We built millwork for Selland's on H Street, an East Sacramento favorite, and furniture for The Kitchen and Localis, both Michelin-starred.
