Custom Millwork for Orange County Restaurants, Offices & Homes
PhillBuilt builds custom restaurant, hospitality and residential millwork for Orange County projects. We fabricate in our own shop in Rancho Cordova and deliver finished pieces to Orange County, with install by our crew or coordinated with your contractor. If you want hand-built, solid wood millwork rather than catalog fixtures, we're a good fit.

Restaurant and hospitality millwork
Orange County restaurants, cafés and bars need seating and bars that look good and hold up to heavy use. We build:
- Banquettes and booths, including curved and channel-tufted designs
- Bar dies, bar tops and back-bar shelving
- Host stands and service stations
- Solid wood dining tables and communal tables
- Slat walls and screens
Our closest Southern California example is Little While in San Diego: a complete café buildout with curved white oak seating, tables, bar front, pastry case and paneling, fabricated in five weeks with one site visit. See more complete packages at Slow and Low, Selland's Market-Café and Franquette.
Coastal residential millwork
For homes in Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Corona del Mar and the coast, we build built-ins, home offices, dining tables and statement furniture in white oak, walnut and cherry. Finishes are chosen for sun and salt air. See our residential millwork page.
Offices
We build reception desks, shelving walls and café casework for Irvine and Costa Mesa offices. For a tech HQ example, see 1X Technologies.
