PhillBuilt builds custom millwork and furniture for Los Angeles restaurants, hotels and offices, working from Los Angeles designers' drawings. We fabricate in our own shop in Rancho Cordova and deliver finished, crated pieces to LA. Installation is done by our crew or coordinated with your general contractor.
Built from Los Angeles design
We regularly build pieces designed by LA firms. The custom front desk at The Citizen Hotel in Sacramento was designed by Los Angeles studio Indidesign. We built it in solid walnut with leather and glass, and bent solid brass half-round rod to follow every curve of the desk's face. That's the kind of designer-driven, detail-heavy work we like to take on.

- Cantina Pedrigal: curved dark-stained banquettes, a fluted bar and arched back-bar niches
- Okesutora: hand-turned white oak spindle-back chairs and benches
- Slow and Low: a whole dining hall of white oak tables, benches, slat screens and a back bar

- We confirm details, materials and finishes with your designer.
