PhillBuilt builds custom furniture and millwork for chef-driven and fine dining restaurants in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. We have built for two Michelin-starred restaurants, The Kitchen and Localis in Sacramento, both starred in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide California, and we deliver finished, crated work to Southern California from our shop near Sacramento.

Michelin-starred work
The Kitchen, Sacramento. Solid white oak tables, open-arm benches, consoles and a fluted pedestal for a refined, dark-paneled dining room.
Localis, Sacramento. Claro walnut dining tables, a long serving bar and a host stand from slabs the owner milled himself, including a table with a CNC-shaped acrylic inset preserving a natural void.

Southern California work
For Little While in San Diego we built every piece of furniture and millwork, fabricated in five weeks with one site visit and delivered finished. We also build from Los Angeles designers' drawings: the Citizen Hotel front desk was designed by LA studio Indidesign and built in walnut, leather, glass and bent solid brass.

Do you work in Los Angeles?
Yes. We build in our own shop and deliver finished, crated pieces to Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego, with installation by our crew or coordinated with your contractor.
Can you work from our designer's drawings?
Yes. We regularly build from designer and architect drawings, including work designed by Los Angeles studios.
