Elk Grove project: Slow and Low
For Slow and Low in Elk Grove we built an entire dining hall in white oak: rows of communal tables and benches, spindle-back wall benches beneath the restaurant's mural, high-top tables, floor-to-ceiling slat screens and partitions, a slat-clad host stand, merchandise display casework and an open back bar with floating shelves. Read the story of the build.
