Made in California, not mass-produced
Every stool is built in our shop in Rancho Cordova, near Sacramento, by the same team that builds custom furniture and millwork for Bay Area homes and companies, including the 1X Technologies headquarters in San Carlos.
From a furniture shop trusted by Michelin-starred restaurants. The same shop that built custom furniture for The Kitchen and Localis, both starred in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide California, builds every Primary Craft Stool.
Designed for the way Bay Area families live
Bay Area homes are often compact, and kids furniture usually ends up in the main living space. The Primary Craft Stool looks like furniture, not a toy, so it can sit at the kitchen island, beside a play kitchen or at a kids table in the living room without clashing with the rest of the house.
Price
$390 for a set of 2, $780 for a set of 4. Shop the stool.
